He is survived by: his wife Lydia Warnock Lowery of Collins; his daughters, Lee Ann Rotten (Jerry) of Jacksonville and Leslie Estes (Edward) of Collins; his grandchildren, Kristen, Jessica, Ashly, Sara and Emma; his sister Jessie Head of Hammonds, LA; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Jo, Zoey Jane, Rebel Ann and Larkin Lilabeth. He is also survived by great-grandchild; and many other relatives and friends.
