He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Lee Lewis and Samuel Emmett Spring; and his stepfather William Claude Wilkinson. He is survived by: his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Tonilyn Spring; and his grandchildren, Remy and Danna.
