He was predeceased by: his father James E. Moak, Sr.; his stepfather Albert Monistere; and his granddaughter Trinity JoAnn Cox. He is survived by: his wife Jackie W. Moak; his daughters, Amanda Cox and Stephanie Jo Cox Lassabe (Daryn); his grandsons, Seth Neal and Alex Lassabe; his mother Sara Monistere; and his sisters, Veola Barlow and Faye Dodd.
