He was predeceased by: his former wife Theresa Myrl Ensign; his parents, Edwin Ensign and Mae Ensign; his son Horace L. Ensign, Jr.; and his siblings, J. D. Ensign, Edwin Ensign, Jr., Claribel Strode and Ruby Sands.
He is survived by: his wife Dorchelle Ensign; and his sons, Greg Ensign, Kevin Ensign and Tim Ensign (Teresa). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKneely Funeral Home (110 E Factory St, Amite City, LA 70422). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
