He was predeceased by: his wife Velma B. Noel; his parents, Daniel Noel, Sr. and Mathilda Noel Blanchard; his siblings, Daniel Noel, Jr. and Susan Quebedeaux; and his stepchildren, Wanda Harden, Joey Brunet, Connie Lea and Herman Brunet, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Noel and Mark Noel; his siblings, Bryan Noel, Sr. and Dottie Hullfish (Dave); and his son-in-law Carl Rousse. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
