It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie Wood of Amite, Louisiana, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Wood and Edna Singleton Wood; and his brother Robert Wayne Wood Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judy Easley Wood; his children, Julie Ann Wood and Freddie Jacob Wood Jr. (Holly); his grandchildren, Breanna Prevost Smith (Zack), Catherine Rose Richard, Lindy Wood, Hadley Wood and Dally Reese Rushing; his great grandchild Davey Sutton Smith; his nephews, Ed Wood (Kim) and Robert Wayne Wood Jr. (Tammie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jase Wood, Robert Wayne Wood III, Haylie Wood and Cheyanne Wood; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Wood.
