He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Julius Fulda, Jr. and Georgie Virine Stafford Fulda; and his brother Charles Julius "Pete" Fulda, III. He is survived by: his wife Clytae Wright Fulda; his daughters, Jana Fulda Russell (Greg), Lisa Caryn Fulda (David Lam) and Beth Fulda van Mullem (Robbie); his grandchildren, Johanna Garland-Fulda Russell, Lauren Ansley van Mullem and Julia Catherine van Mullem; his brother George Earle Fulda, Sr.; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah, Jerod King, Megan, Mark McCarver, Justin, Lydia Russell, Benjamin and Katy Russell; and his nieces and nephews, Chuck, Cindy, George and Nina.
