It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burley Morris (Amite, Louisiana), born in Tylertown, Mississippi, who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marie "Reva" Brown Morris; his parents, Elmer G. Morris and Ruby Breeland Morris; his siblings, Tommy John Morris and Mary Nell Morris Leet; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Dixon and Charles Montgomery.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elmer Morris (Marty) of Amite, Walter Morris, Ruby Nell Morris Cox (Wayne) of Pride, LA, Rosa Lee Morris Dixon of Rogers, AR and Flora Lee Morris Montgomery of Livingston, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
