He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn R. Slaven; and his father Cleve (Carrie Slaven). He is survived by: his children, Shanon Vaughn (Michael) and William Slaven (Stacey); his grandchildren, Meagan Gill (Benjamine), Tiffany Beauchamp (Ty), Sean Slaven (Ashlee Delanoix), Dylan Vaughn and Samantha Beyl (Brady); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Gill, Benjamine Gill, II, Jesse Beauchamp, Lucus Slaven, Addison Slaven, Brayleigh Beyl and Brielle Beyl.
