With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Sue Corkern Marshall of Amite, Louisiana, born in Hammond, Louisiana, who passed away on November 22, 2022 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hulon Corkern and Clara Belle Lawrence Corkern; her husband Joe Marshall; her siblings, Harold Corkern, Annette Laws and Richard "Dickie" Corkern; and her brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Laws.

She is survived by: her sister Jessie Notariano (Dominick); and her sister-in-law Pauline Corkern. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
