She was predeceased by: her husband Junius J. Phillips; her daughter Phyllis P. Perry; and her parent Julia Brown. She is survived by: her son Dwight Phillips of Lafayette, LA; and her grandsons, Quincy Alexander Perry of Lafayette, LA and Daniel Perry (Ashley) of Florida.
The family will begin receiving visitors Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Syrie Funeral Home beginning at 9:00 a. m. All attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
