She was predeceased by: her father Meliza Blanchard; her husband Horace J. Barras; her siblings-in-law, Jesse Barras and Imelda Barras Thibodeaux; her great grandchild Gabriel Cannata; and her granddaughter Terry Crappell.
She is survived by: her children, Deanna Stansbury (James), Danny Barras (Jennifer), Linda Cannata (A. J.), Dale Corrales (Doyle), Larry Barras (Andrea) and Angela Tamporello (Michael); her grandchildren, James Stansbury III, Derrin Barras, Corey Stansbury, Allison Hoffpauir, Leslie Melancon, Joey Cannata, Sammy Cannata, Loretta Dupre, Greg Corrales, Larry Barras, Jr., Hope Daigle, Michael Tamporello and Adam Barras; her stepgrandchildren, Randy Oxedine, Andy Oxedine and Letha Oxedine; and her sister Mildred Arceneaux. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
