He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rev. John Gaskins and Lillie Mae Gaskin. He is survived by: his son Ahmaric Smith of Houma, LA; and his parents, Mary Holly of Amelia, LA and Leroy Henry of Breaux Bridge, LA. He is also survived by seventeen siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
