He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allen Patureau, Sr. and Annette Landry Patureau; and his siblings, Charles Allen Patureau, Jr., Elmo Patureau, Lenora Patureau Erwin, Joseph Patureau, Sadie Patureau Cansler, Nettie Patureau Peterson, Edward "Ned" Patureau and Delores "Anne" Patureau Fontenot.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Lee Aucoin Patureau of Amelia; his children, Jeff Patureau (Charlene) of Amelia, Donna Richard (Doyle) of Bayou Vista, Steve Patureau of Amelia and Keith Patureau (Bonnie) of Destrehan; and his grandchildren, Lisa Patureau, Eric Patureau (Catherine), Matthew Patureau, Emily Richard Alpha (Anthony), Garrett Patureau, Claire Richard Reiners (Alex), Savanna Patureau, Rebecca Richard Ryker (Max) and Miles Patureau. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
