Dianne Margaret Arceneaux McAllister Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dianne Margaret Arceneaux McAllister (Amelia, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel "Blackie" Arceneaux and Mildred Blanchard Arceneaux; her brother Ricky Arceneaux; and her in-laws, Richard "Mack" and Alice McAllister.
She is survived by: her husband Carl McAllister; her children, Lance McAllister (Tricia) and Melanie Belle (Bryan); her grandchildren, Alexis Palmature (Ryan), Mallory McAllister (Noah Martin), Sean Torgrimson Jr., Grant Torgrimson, Erin Rhodes (Jay), Layne Reynaud (Alex Osburn), Mason Belle (Cara Winter), Lynze Rodrigue (Elliot) and Noah Belle; her great grandchildren, Ava, Alora, Adaline Palmature, Emmie, Ellie Rhodes, Edie and Graham Rodrigue; her siblings, Brenda Thompson, Carol Ryan (Jim) and Kent Arceneaux (Dawn); and her siblings-in-law, Faye Arceneaux, Regina Sellers, Lisa Charpentier and Wesley McAllister. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Andrew Catholic Church (833 Julia St, Amelia, LA 70340). A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St Andrew Catholic Cemetery (833 Julia St, Amelia, LA 70340). A rosary was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (833 Julia St, Amelia, LA 70340).
