He was predeceased by: his mother Budhani-Samaroo. He is survived by: his wife Ana Sanchez Ramkhalawan of Amelia, LA.; his children, Hector I. Cruz of Amelia, LA., Cindy Ramkhalawan of Houston, TX. and Michelle Ramkhalawan Ocasio of Harvey, LA; and his brother Bhanwari Ramkhalawan of Charleston.
