She is survived by: her husband Jonatas Costa; her children, Morgan Splane, Haley Stevens and Kaley Stevens; her pet Stevie; her brothers, Johnny Mayon (Lisa) and Jeffery Mayon; her stepmother Doris Fryou; and her niece Allison Mayon.
