He is survived by: his children, Linda Roy of Carencro, LA, Clarence Roy, Jr. (Loretta) of Carencro, LA and Jessie Howard Portalis of Carencro, LA; and his siblings, Josephine Alfred, Rose Celestine (Robley) of Lafayette, LA and Joseph Patrick Roy of Carencro, LA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
