He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Holt Sr. and Helen Patricia Andolics Holt; and his brother Mike Holt. He is survived by: his wife Melissa McCool Holt; his children, Cody Holt (Shalane), Jody Holt, Dusty Fracasso (Steven) and Abigayle Holt; and his siblings, Chris Holt (Evelyn), Johnny Holt (Janet) and Donna Ganucheau (Richard).
