Minena C Bond wrote a sympathy message

“God, Family and Friends was his motto. He took his religion very seriously. Family was so dear and special to him that he would drop everything to be there for them. He had so many friends and would do anything to help them. He never met a stranger. He loved his country and was so proud to have served. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. Family and Friends, take a minute out of each day to remember a special time that you had with Wayne and treasure that memory.”
