She is survived by: her husband Sherman W. Cook of Alexandria; and her children, David S. Cook (Nanette) of Lafayette, Steven W. Cook (Nell) of Alexandria, Laura C. Voltz (John) of Alexandria and Mary Anne C. Levet (Stephen) of Hoover. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Frances Cabrini Church at 2211 East Texas Ave, Alexandria, LA 71301.
