She was predeceased by: her daughter Terri Draeger; her son-in-law Jim Draeger; her parents, Letha Bell Ducker and Ferris Franklin Ducker; and her siblings, Ferris Troy Ducker, Wilson Ducker, James Ducker, Edward Ducker, Mary Catherine Flanagan, Clara Sue Worbington and Peggy Sue Ducker.
She is survived by: her husband Sam P. Medica; her sister Margie Searles; and her sister-in-law Jenny Medica Carney. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations in Bernice's memory be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
