As Mickey departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mickey. Though Mickey may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Metoyer and Dorothy Rachal Metoyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Camilla Metoyer and Kisha Sapp; his wife Joyce Sapp Metoyer; his siblings, Jackie Raggio and James Metoyer; and his grandmother Allie Rachal.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (911 5th St, Natchitoches, LA 71457). A rosary will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Cloutierville Catholic Cemetery.
