She was predeceased by: her significant other Julius "Poppy" Smith; her father George Setliff; her sons, Rockylee Smith and Wayne Parnell Smith; her great grandchildren, Travis Kremer and Shauna Synesael (Philley); her mother Celia Coutee Setliff; and her siblings, Pat Setliff, Gene Setliff, Earl K. Setliff, George Setliff, April Fay James and Vida Belle Daniels.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Ray (Darryl) of Gore Springs, MS and Fay Smith of Center Point, LA; her grandchildren, Ambar Broom, Shandale Tate (Brad), Bethany Philley (David), Cobie Ray (Cara), Chance Broom (Moriah), Madison Ray, Jeremy Broom (Krista), Bridgette Battle (Ben), Brent Terrell (Janie), Bryan Terrell, Brad Terrell, Barron "Pig" Terrell (Tressa) and Tim Bullock (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Christian, Juddson, Jacob, Adalyn, Allison, Hankston, Hartlind, Jaila, Mason, Riley, Bayli, Connor, Brady, Lawson, Shelby (Leslie), Jacelyn (Chess) and Benjamin; and her siblings, Doris Phillips of Mora, LA, Ann Setliff of Flatwoods, LA, Wayne Setliff of Flatwoods, LA, John Setliff (Gloria) of Flatwoods, LA and Daryl Setliff of Flatwoods, LA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM, on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the G. A. Mangun Center (2817 Rapides Ave, Alexandria, LA 71301).
