She was predeceased by: her husband Calvin Lobaugh; her parents, Roy Waters and Grace Waters; and her siblings, Darrell Waters, Kenneth Waters and LeLoris Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Franklin of Pineville, Nancy Newman (Danny) of Indianapolis, Debra Stelly (Tim) of Alexandria and Gay Smith (Randy) of Deville; and her brother Bunk Waters of Pawnee, Ohio. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rush Funeral Home - Pineville (3307 Monroe Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
