She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Ham; her parents, Ray Collins and Shirley Collins; her daughters, Shirley Cathcart and Reginia Cash; her grandson Justin Ham; and her siblings, Judy Williamson, Pat Tyler, Charles Collins and Billy Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Ham, II (Tracie), Kandy Fowler, Debra Chance (Carl) and Marcia Sepulvado (Chris); and her brother Wayne Collins. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, forty-one great grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
