She was predeceased by: her parents, Melo Rachal and Freda Rachal. She is survived by: her husband Albert Hernandez; her sister Florene Harvey; her children, Michael Teta and Tina Adkins; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Ellen, Canaan, Leah and Lauren. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
