As Jessie Lucretia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jessie Lucretia. Though Jessie Lucretia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sewell Lynell Smith and Ruby Evelyn Eznack Smith. She is survived by: her brother Paul Smith (Karen); her niece Paula Sirtori (Massimo); her nephew Paul "Casey" Smith; her great-niece Ruby Sirtori; and her great-nephews, Myles Smith and Carter Gillette. She is also survived by children, parents.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Lu's honor to Tupelo Children's Mansion (P.O. Box 167, Tupelo, MS 38802) or POA SEVEN (P.O. Box 8197, Alexandria, LA 71306), causes that were dear to her heart.
