He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Henderson Lee; his parents, Ray Lee and Ella Ruth Nichols Lee; and his brothers, Ray Lee, Ricky Lee and Randy Lee.

He is survived by: his children, Louis Lee (Ashlee), Randy Lee (Kendal), Sam Lee (Abigail), Jamie Lee and Jodi Lee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends, who will forever carry his father.
