He was predeceased by: his sons, Vance Manuel and Leo Manuel. He is survived by: his children, Richard Manuel (Sally) of Boyce, Christine Manuel of Slidell and Lynn Moras of Mobile, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Clayton Manuel (Brittany) of Ward, Annie Manuel of Ward, Andrew Manuel of Alexandria and Ricky Manuel of Tioga. He is also survived by grandchildren; and twenty-five great grandchildren.
