It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Earl Smith in Alexandria, Louisiana, who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Smith and Blanche Smith; his wife Melba Smith; and his brothers, James, Wayne, Cecil and Charles Smith.
He is survived by: his children, James Edwin Smith, Kennley Wade Smith (Kandiss), Tresa Smith Harris, Mannah Schmidt (Tommy) and Kaycila Gerbig (Chris); his sister Annie Jane Parr; and his grandchildren, Shane, Alexa, Kennedi, Kinzley, Keith, Kevin, Kyle, Jason, Elizabeth, Josiah and Toby. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
