She was predeceased by: her husband Carroll B. Fields; her parents, Ben Owens and Mary Owens; her brothers, James Andy Owens, Emmett Hennington Owens, Wilbur Lee Owens and Warren Bernard Owens; and her grandson Caleb David Addington.
She is survived by: her children, James P. Fields (Vicki) of Camden, Delaware, Carolyn F. Dumoulin of Clayton, Belinda F. Kuntz (David) of Lenexa and Robin F. May (Walter) of Jonesboro. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
