He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph N. Showers and Grace P. Showers. He is survived by: his children, David G. Showers (JoEllen H. Showers) and Karen S. Gilchrist (Preston E. Gilchrist, Jr.); his grandsons, Daniel G. Showers, Thomas A. Showers (Randi D. Showers) and Ryan A. Showers; and his sister Aline Showers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kramer Funeral Home (2905 Masonic Dr, Alexandria, LA 71301). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Park - Pineville (2202 Military Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360).
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred in memory of Harold to a charity of the donor's choice.
