He is survived by: his wife Tonya Ebey; his children, Crystal Foss, Jesse Glenn Dicky (Andrea), Nikki Lane (Bryan), Dannie Jo Ebey (Aspen) and Dylan Garlington; his grandchildren, Jayden, Chloe, Addisyn, Ronnie, Hailey, June, Fysher, Natalie, Margaret, Ashlee, Kyle, Harley Jo and Waylen; his great grandchild Josephine; and his siblings, Jannie Johnson (Ronnie), Mark Ebey (Angie), Wanda Hines, Susan Sweat (Steve), Kristine Stanley (Shane), Daniel Ebey (Paula), Cody Ebey, Timothy Horvath and Wendy Soper (Dana). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, Friends.
