He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Paige (Reggie) of Monroe, Tonya Guillot of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Fredrick Guillot, Jr. (JoAnn) of Arnaudville, Louisiana; and his siblings, Mildred Leviege of Compton, California and Shelby Jacob, Jr. of Memphis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
