He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Hebert and Caryl Hebert; his brother Mark Hebert; and his niece Katie Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Faye Boone Hebert; his son Joshua Hebert (Amanda); his grandchildren, Gemma and Kellan; his son James Hebert (Jessica); his grandchildren, Anne Claire and Grant; his daughter Kayla Foster (Chad); his grandchildren, Andrew and Allie Kay; his brothers, John Hebert and Blaine Hebert (Kirsten); his sister-in-law Caren Hebert; his friend Byron (Bubba); and his nephews, Travis Broussard, Burton Broussard (Clay), Blaine Broussard, Byron Broussard and Colin Broussard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (5011 Jackson St, Alexandria, LA 71303).
