It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Dewey Nichols (Alexandria, Louisiana), born in Fordyce, Arkansas, who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Felder Nichols (Nick) and Carrie Estes Nichols; his former wife Barbara Long Nichols; his son Johnny Nichols; his brother Billy Nick Nichols; and his son-in-law Jay Faulkner.
He is survived by: his wife Bobette Nichols of Alexandria; his daughter Vicki Nichols of Alexandria; his stepchildren, Trey Kennedy (Amanda) of Frisco, Texas and Heather Faulkner of McKinney, Texas; and his siblings, Carolyn Holt (Keith) of Seiper, Louisiana, Mack Nichols of Alexandria and Kenny Nichols of Pineville, Louisiana.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
