He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison, Sr. Townley and Catherine Townley; his siblings, Vince Townley and Linda Townley Pearson; and his grandparents, Frank and Zipporah Iles.

He is survived by: his wife Lannette Ducote Leonard of Alexandria; his sons, Adam Clint Townley (Katelyn) of Sunset and Riley Leonard of Alexandria; his sister Kay Townley Harvey (Ray) of Paradise Valley, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Remi Marie Townley of Sunset and Bryce Madison Townley of Sunset; and his mother-in-law Norma Ducote of Pineville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
