She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurelie Smith and Claudia C. Smith; and her daughter Carmen G. Warren. She is survived by: her sons, James Richard Young (Allison Carbo Young) and Thomas E. Young (Carrie Young); her grandchildren, Lauren McNeal, Chandler Young (Zoe Young), Nicholas Young (Kate Young) and Noah Young (Lauren Young); her great grandchild Luke Young; and her caregivers, Anna Brodhead, Allison Young and Darrenesha Lloyd.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 2211 Texas Avenue, Alexandria, LA 71301.
