She was predeceased by: her parents, Apelonia Ashby and Liodes Ashby; her sisters, Liodes "Buddy" and Apelonia Ashby of Alexandria; her husband James Frederick Sr.; her sisters, Helen Marbs and Lena Wyatt; her brother-in-law Alton Wyatt; and her aunts and uncles, Berniece "Pee Wee" Bradley, Beatrice Bradley, Josephine Smith, Henry Bradley, Cephus Bradley and James Bradley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Winnfield Funeral Home- Alexandria (2033 3rd St, Alexandria, LA 71302). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Alexandria National Cemetery (209 E Shamrock St, Pineville, LA 71360).
