He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Hanes Brister; his brother Clyde Brister; his children, Cliff Brister (Heather), Clint Brister, Kevin Brister (Donna), Keith Brister (Charmian), Beth Carmouche (Joey), Travis Brister (Chrissy) and Shannon Harris (Clint); his grandchildren, Jennifer Brister, Chris Ellis, Dustin Brister (Karlie), Trent Carmouche, Tyler Wrightstone, Nicholas Salard, Katelyn Brister, Chance Brister, Anna Harris, Jeremy Brister, Lindsay Harris, Caleb Brister, Addyson Fuqua and Cole Brister; his great grandchildren, Karter Tate and Rhett Brister; and his brother Conrad "Tiny" Brister.
