He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Christopher Lee (Susan) and Gregory Arthur; his grandchildren, Joseph Turner Vaughan, William Christopher Vaughan, Thomas Gregory Vaughan and Emily Caroline Vaughan; his nephews, David Wayne Vaughan, Jr. and Phillip Barry Vaughan; and his niece Debra Vaughan Booker.
Al was a loyal supporter of the Ole Miss Rebels and was a member of the Loyalty Foundation for many years.
