With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera Elizabeth Wagner Honea of Albany, Louisiana, who passed away on August 23, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley C. Wagner and Mary "Lizzie" Wagner; and her brothers, Bobby, Huck, Dennis, Claiborne, Charlie and Clayton.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Honea (Jim); her daughters, Tara Saracina (Al) of Charleston, SC, Paula Spainhour (Cole) of Austin, TX and Jamie Howell (Jason) of Brundidge, AL; her brother Lawrence Wagner; her grandsons, Austin Saracina (Kaitlin), Hunter Howell and Jackson Spainhour; her sons-in-law, Al Saracina and Cole Spainhour; and her grandsons, AJ Saracina and Riley Spainhour.
