He is survived by: his mother Andrea Marie Anthony; his siblings, Justin Anthony, Chase Anthony (Breylynn Fable) and Brittany Anthony; his girlfriend Christian Johnson; his son Liam Crum; and his nephews, Ayden Anthony and Athan Anthony.
