He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph 'Joe' and Mary Prokop; and his brother Joseph Prokop. He is survived by: his wife Anna Gubancsik Prokop; his daughters, Cynthia Deshotels (David) and Deborah Prokop; his granddaughter Anna Elizabeth Deshotels; and his brothers, William Prokop (Marie) and Louis Prokop (Betty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
