He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Wagner; his son Gary Wagner; his siblings, Malcolm, Robert, Marvin, Wayne, Claudia, Wilhelmina, Kathleen and Amora; and his parents, Emmett Wagner and Eunice Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy S. Smith (Dennis), Jackie Anthony (Thomas), Ann King (Geno), Jodi Pechon (Jamie), F. Darrell Wagner and Emmett Wagner (Stacey); and his siblings, Gerry Albin, Grady Wagner and Carlton Wagner. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
