It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Yvonne Starkey Covington (Albany, Louisiana), born in Hammond, Louisiana, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Tony; her daughter Victoria Ruby; her parents, Ehlert Starkey and Era Starkey; and her sister Mevil Carrier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Stout (John) and Tonia Peterson (Brian); her grandchildren, Katherine Sexton (Seth), John Benjamin Stout (Hallie) and Rebekah Stout; and her sisters, Gildra Mixon and Vesta Stewart. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the benevolence fund at Bethlehem Baptist Church.
