He was predeceased by: his father Marvin Wagner. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Annice Wagner; his wife Angelicia; his sons, Jonathan K. Wagner (Caitlin) of Dayton, OH and Matthew K Wagner of Albany, LA.; his stepchildren, Brianne Threeton (Joshua) of Springfield and Dr. James Hall (Paige) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Evelyn Wagner, Barrett, Jaxson Threeton, Charles, Reese and Collyn Hall; and his brothers, Mark Randall Wagner (Jennifer) and Jeffry Lee Wagner. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
