He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta "Bobbie" Foster; his parents, Elizabeth and Benjamin Foster, Jr.; and his sister Betty Ann Amberg. He is survived by: his children, Rita Wortmann (David) and Benjamin Foster, IV (Jeannie); his sister Audrey Booth (Truman); his grandchildren, Samantha Davis, Annie Foster, Dylan Whitehead and Jesse Foster; and his great grandchildren, Parker Davis, Avlynn Whitehead, Kole Davis and Trace Davis.

Memorial donations may be made to the Heroes Farewell Project, 807 N. Columbia Street, Covington, 70433.
