With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Lula Mae Pierson (Albany, Louisiana), born in Holden, Louisiana, who passed away on December 30, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Ray Pierson Sr.; her son Ben Ray Pierson Jr.; her parents, Lemuel Stewart and Janie Stewart; her siblings, Lawrence, Lemuel, Grace Rosata, Lauresa Watts and Irma; her foster parents, Sam Courtney and Reaner Courtney; and her foster siblings, Leslie, Sammy, Heulon, John, Annie Stewart, Eva McKnight and Betty Courtney.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Samuel Robert Pierson and Benjamin David Andrews; her brother Cole David Andrews; her great grandchildren, ReAlate (ReRe) and Loula Mae Pierson; her daughter-in-law Diane White (Buddy White); and her adoptive parents, Troy, Ravien and Colin Parsons.
Due to Covid, the family respectfully asks for those attending the services to wear a mask and social distance.
